SIGNIA BY HILTON AMMAN, Amman – Your ideal downtown stay

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not only very good but also spacious and luxurious, making me feel like royalty. The service was exceptional; the staff, especially Maizar, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location was excellent, although a bit too pricy, with easy access to all the attractions in Amman. The dining experience was lovely, thanks to outstanding service from Mr Abedalaziiz and Laith Alwafaa. I found the health options in the menu a tad limited, though the food quality was top-notch.

Upon checking in, we found the room was not immaculate, so we had to call room service to clean. The minibar had two lines of items to cater to different expectations. The rooms were undergoing renovation.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, but cleanliness was an issue with black powdery mold continuously appearing. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Bayan, the friendly lady in red. The central location was convenient, although some negative aspects were noted within the dining area.

The hotel offers decent rooms that are comfortable but could be cleaner and updated. The service is professional and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, enabling easy access to the airport and central amenities. The dining experience has a nice selection of food, though breakfast quality could improve. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for enhancements.

The hotel location was fantastic, right in the heart of Amman, close to everything you need. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The service, especially from Adly, was exceptional and the staff were professional and polite. However, traffic jams were a disaster throughout the day. The dining options were substantially better with a nice variety of food.
